Bullock Model 9900 Intumescent Module Fire Dampers are designed to impede the spread of fire and combustible materials to other compartments though the air handling systems. The evenly spaced intumescent strips expand on heat to form a solid barrier against flame, smoke and hot gases. Complying with AS1682.1-1990 and AS/NZS 1668.1-1998, the Model 9900 module is tested and certified for a 4 hour fire rating (FRL) in ductwork passing though a masonry wall to AS1530.4.

Model 9900/M Intumescent Module Fire Damper.


CSIRO tested and certified for a 4 hour FRL - Certificate of test number - 1277.
Test number FS3437 / 2189 - in ductwork mounted design.
Sponsored investigation number - FSP 0869.
Complies with AS/NZS 1668.1 - 1998 with a tested closure rate of 65 seconds.
No fire damper body or flanges are required.
Lightweight construction without welding ensures the integrity of the dampers' galvanised coating.
No extra mounting angles required to securely fix damper within ductwork, within masonry wall.
Each Intumescent strip is sheathed in aluminium foil for ease of maintenance to AS1851.6.
Sizes range from 100mm x 100mm up to 300mm x 300mm and are available at short notice.
